The Ferrers Framework

The Framework provides a common language for staff and students, helping all of us to contribute to the ethos and culture of the school in a positive way. We use it to benchmark standards of teaching and learning; we use it to remind students about behavioural expectations; we use it to challenge each other as critical friends so that we are always improving.

The Framework was designed by several stakeholders working collaboratively together, from staff and students to Academy Council members and Trust colleagues. It provides us all with a blueprint for excellence and we hope that, as parents and carers, you will also take an interest and choose to reinforce the expectations of The Ferrers Framework at home.
