Sixth Form Student Leaders
The Sixth Form Student Leadership Team
One of the greatest opportunities available with us in the Sixth Form is to become a part of the Student Leadership Team. This is a team of students who work together to provide opportunities for the whole Sixth Form, to develop school-to-school relations across the trust, as well as opportunities throughout TFS. Students apply for a role in the Sixth Form Student Leadership Team in the summer of Year 12 and are selected in a way that echoes the processes of a real-world job application, including an interview, allowing students to experience and develop these key skills for the future.
Meet the Sixth Form Senior Leadership Team

Hi, I’m Grace, and I wanted to be part of the student leadership team because I am passionate about ensuring students feel heard in their everyday school environment. School should not only be a place to learn, but also somewhere students feel seen, understood, safe, and valued.
I understand that some pupils may feel more comfortable speaking to someone their own age, alongside teachers. Because of this, I would like to support students by being approachable and helping to create a more open, inclusive, and supportive environment within the school.

Hi, I’m Izzy, and I study History, Geography, French, as well as an EPQ. I aspire to study Archaeology and Ancient History at university, with the goal of pursuing a career in teaching.
I applied for the role of student leader because I am passionate about advocating for all students within the sixth form. I want to help create an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. I’m enthusiastic about contributing to a supportive team and working together to make a positive difference in the school community.

Hi, I’m Fidelis, and I currently study Mathematics, Psychology, and Business. I’m applying to join the student leadership team because I genuinely enjoy working with others, communicating with different people, and contributing wherever I can.
I’m particularly motivated by the opportunity to support students and be someone they can approach, whether for guidance, encouragement, or simply a conversation. I believe a strong sixth form community is built on inclusivity and mutual support, and I would like to play an active role in helping create that kind of environment.
Through this role, I hope to make a positive impact by listening to students’ voices, helping organise initiatives, and contributing to a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for everyone.

My name is Juj Singh, and I am currently studying Maths, Geography, and Business. I hope to pursue a career in the business sector after sixth form.
I wanted to be part of the student leadership team because I am keen to help develop the sixth form experience for current and future students. I would like to contribute to creating a positive, supportive, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
